WES LEWIS

-Chief Executive Officer-

Wes has more than 20 years of experience in the adult beverage category, working with highly successful companies.  Covering many positions from account sales to Vice-President of sales.  Part of the beginning of the craft beer explosion starting with Pete’s Brewing Company, makers of Pete’s Wicked Ales & Lagers, The Gambrinus Company and most recently on the executive team at Mark Anthony Brands/ Mike’s Hard Lemonade.

BRIAN JOHNSTON

-President-

With over 15 years of experience in the capital markets Brian has extensive experience in the managing of personnel and the raising of capital, for both public and private companies. He has been responsible for reviewing and signing off on exchange filings to keep in good standing with exchanges and the regulators. He has been instrumental in the structuring of the company as well as in orchestrating the raising of capital.

JENNIFER HIRSCHFELD

-Chief Marketing Officer-

Jennifer is a CPG Marketing Executive with over 20 years’ marketing and stage-gate innovation experience at Fortune 1000 companies and privately held, entrepreneurial businesses. Jennifer has an extensive beverage background increasing market share and driving profitable sales growth for leading craft beer and progressive adult beverage brands including Mike’s Hard Lemonade and Shiner Beers. She holds an M.B.A. from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management and received her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Duke University.

DAVID NEELY

-R&D / Supply Chain-

David is a veteran R&D/Quality/Regulatory/Production professional with a demonstrated history of success in Beverage Alcohol, Health wellness Food Processing and Sensory Evaluation for Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).  Currently based in Vancouver BC, David has travelled across North America with Coca Cola, Mark Anthony Group, Leading Brands and Vega applying his strong operations and R&D skills for these tier 1 organizations.  He has lead numerous product initiatives in diverse sectors from conception to commercialization.

MIKE DEMPSEY

-Executive Vice-President, Sales-

Mike has over 30 years of experience in the flavored malt, craft beer, spirits and wine categories with extensive distributor and key account management experience.  In Mike’s most current role on the executive leadership team at Mark Anthony Brands, he oversaw the company’s imported brands business (Glendalough Irish Whiskey) and managed the relationship with their licensed products partners (TGI Friday’s).   Mike’s career has focused on establishing and growing new to market brands including Gallo Wines, Pete’s Wicked Ale, Shakers Vodka and Mike's Hard Lemonade® as well as developing growth channels specializing in the convenience channel.

MARK ANGELONE

-VP Sales North East-

Mark has over 30 years experience in the US malt beverage industry at both the wholesaler and supplier levels.  Middle to senior management positions have allowed him to help navigate new and existing brands to success. Wholesale experience includes Penn Beer, a major ABI distributor in Philadelphia.  Supplier side positions include Heineken USA, Pete's Wicked Ale and Mike's Hard Lemonade.

JAIME JURADO

-VP of Production-

Jaime Jurado served as the international President of the Master Brewers Association of the Americas in 2005. He has an Undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering and has worked and researched as a postgraduate in Medical Engineering at Oxford University. Jaime has a Certificate as an Apprentice from a large Bavarian brewing group. Making special malt-based beverages with great flavors has been a hallmark of Jaime’s three decades of experience.

ANGELA HILTON

-Compliance-

For the past 15 years Angela has managed alcohol manufacturing and distribution compliance and government relations for over 14 companies in three countries.  A member of the National Conference of State Liquor Administrators since 2003,  Angela has been sought out for her expertise by regulators in several states and worked directly with senior administrators at both the state and federal levels creating and updating rules and guidelines affecting the malt beverage sector.  Her rigorous discipline, development of trade-practice training programs for sales staff and knowledge of the multi-jurisdictional issues across the United States  has resulted in her being a driving force on several industry coalitions and of one of the few non-government employees invited to speak at national law conferences on these subjects.

LARRY CHESLA 

-Regional Sales Director, Great Lakes/Midwest-

Larry has over 30 years of experience in the beer business working for both distributors and suppliers with extensive distributor management and retail account management experience successfully launching new brands. Most recently as the Sales Director for Pabst Brewing Company overseeing the distributor network in the Midwest/Great Lakes area. Previous positions in sales strategy and execution with Constellation Brands and business planning, national accounts and distributor management with Heineken USA.
