ERIN WINCZURA
-Chairman and Founder-

Erin has spent years in investment banking and has a passion for cocktail innovation and a flair for design. She is a farm girl at heart with global experience including studies and work in Europe, Mexico, Canada, the USA and Caribbean. She got into the beverage business by first being an investor and she grew to understand the industry. Erin then got involved in innovation and started her company with a single brand – Tipsy Tomato. Since then, she has brought on strong brand partners such as TGIFriday’s® and Frank’s Red Hot® and is about to launch wine and cocktails with another brand of her creation, Tipsy Tails.

JACK McCRAINE
-President-

Jack served at Anheuser-Busch for 25 years, in 18 different positions, where he led the sales, marketing and revenue plans for wholesalers in multiple states and regions. He has extensive knowledge of the wholesaler distribution system. Jack spent the last 6 years as Baker Tilly's beverage practice expert. He used his expertise with growth strategies, organizational development and standards to assist beverage and other CPG companies. Jack is a member of several brewing guilds and associations. His wide-ranging beverage industry experience is a benefit to our wholesaler partners. 

SCOTT EBERT 
-Chief Financial and Business Development Officer-

Scott Ebert provides financial leadership and business development strategy while helping to grow and manage Ennoble’s portfolio of brands. He has 35 years of experience at Baker Tilly managing clients and assisting them while growing their businesses. After leaving his previous role he joined Three Floyd’s Brewing and WarPigs Brewing USA, as their Chief Business Development and Financial Officer. In addition, he has assisted other organizations in the three-tier system across many broad categories. Scott has a wealth of knowledge in the industry.

JOHN ESSER 
-Senior Vice President of Sales, U.S.-

John has a long history of experience in the beer industry.  He spent 36 years at Anheuser-Busch in various roles including District Manager, Key Account Manager, Senior Manager - Pricing and Retail Sales Director.  He is highly respected for his strong record of building and leading highly motivated sales teams that deliver results in grocery, convenience, drug and restaurant channels. His vast sales experience and leadership are an asset  to Ennoble Beverages.

AMY STITELER
-Director of Marketing-

Amy spent 19 years at Anheuser-Busch, where she started as an on-premise promotional representative in Chicago. From there, she had various marketing positions in St. Louis with the Budweiser brand team and the craft beer and non-alcohol teams. She also managed programs in experiential marketing, retail sales promotion and entertainment marketing for many brands within the portfolio. After 5 years in marketing communications for a national general contractor, Amy has returned to the beverage industry with her creative skills, focused on  increasing brand awareness and driving market share.

MARK ANGELONE

-Vice President of Sales, Northeast-

Mark has over 30 years of experience in the U.S. malt beverage industry at both the wholesaler and supplier levels.  Middle- to senior-management positions have allowed him to help navigate new and existing brands to success. His experience includes Penn Beer, a major ABI distributor in Philadelphia.  Supplier- side positions include Heineken USA, Pete's Wicked Ale and Mike's Hard Lemonade. Mark's relationships with the distributors and retailers have been major contributions to our brands' successes in his region.

TODD BARBEE
-Region Director, Southeast-

Todd has over 30 years of experience in the malt beverage industry at both the wholesaler and supplier levels. Prior to his time at Ennoble, he spent 28 years at R.H. Barringer Distributing Company, a large ABI distributor in North Carolina. During his tenure there he held multiple management roles, mostly as Director of National Accounts. He played an instrumental role in securing new product distribution across both national and regional key account chains. On the supplier level, he spent three years with Aviator Brewing Company of North Carolina as Director of Key Accounts, where he led the effort to add new distributors and expand distribution throughout the Mid-Atlantic states. 

JASON SUPPES
-Region Director, Great Lakes-

Jason has over 25 years of experience in the beverage industry with both flavored malt beverages and beer, working in multiple roles at the wholesaler and supplier levels. As a senior sales leader specializing in partnering with key national retailers and distributors, and in business development, he has shared success throughout the total U.S. Prior to joining Ennoble Beverages, Jason spent time at Mark Anthony Brands/Mike's Hard Lemonade, Goose Island Beer Co. and North American Breweries.

BILLY ROGERS
-Region Director, West-

Billy is a passionate sales and marketing professional with 30+ years of experience within the alcohol beverage industry.  He began his career with Schilling Distributing, an Anheuser-Busch wholesaler, in Lafayette, LA.  From there he joined Anheuser-Busch where he worked for 24 years.  While at AB, he held multiple positions including District Manager, Key Account Manager and Sales Director – Gaming Segment.  Billy has an extensive background with national account and wholesaler management. 

RYAN BRUNER
-Region Director, South-

With over a decade of beverage industry experience, Ryan leads our South Region with a wealth of knowledge, including production and distribution. Having worked in markets that span from Bourbon Street to El Paso to the top of the scenic mountains of New Mexico, he has overseen collective market operations responsible for upwards of 15 million cases annually. Ryan's leadership skills, coupled with his ability to build wholesaler and retailer 360 plans, ennable him to work steadily to expand Ennoble's footprint and increase market share. Having held wholesaler positions as a team leader and business analyst, to most recently as a District Manager and Sr. Commercial Director for Anheuser-Busch, Ryan looks to continue to build brand awareness and help consumers get their hands on our superior drinks.

DAVID NEELY

-Research & Development/Supply Chain-

David is a veteran R&D/Quality/Regulatory/Production professional with a demonstrated history of success in alcohol beverage, health wellness food processing and sensory evaluation for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).  Currently based in Vancouver, BC, David has travelled across North America with Coca Cola, Mark Anthony Group, Leading Brands and Vega applying his strong operations and R&D skills for these tier 1 organizations. He has lead numerous product initiatives in diverse sectors from conception to commercialization.
